Ggma could use some good thoughts her way. She fell and fractured her hip yesterday, they want to do the surgery on it tomorrow, but she's likely in for several months of rehab afterward. She's had a rough year, good thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks gang!

Ggma had her surgery today, they replaced the hip. Going to call her tomorrow when she's a little less drugged and see how she's doing. Thanks gang! Shocked

Just talked to ggma. she is at the rehab/nursing home and she is so high. heehee. Don't know what drugs they have her on, but she's feeling goooood. heehee. Not sure how long she'll be there, but hopefully it won't be too long. Going to go see her later this week, take her some food, she says the food there leaves something to be desired.Thank you for all your good thoughts!

Mom's going to smack ggma when she gets home. Apparently, she tried to get out of her wheelchair this afternoon and fell on her butt. The nurses told mom that they have a sensor on ggma to let them know if she tries to get up. Idea
