First, her new mommy had to bail out of taking her because they found out her husband is allergic to birds, so they have to get rid of all of their other birds too. Second, I'm just going to have to force myself to spend more time playing with her, even if that means letting her attack my fingers while I type, and third, I'm changing her name to Bella, because she's a girl. But, I don't know, it just hasn't felt right trying to get rid of her. Mom and dad raised me to be responsible, so instead of giving her to a home that may or may not take good care of her, I might as well just start dealing with the fact that she needs me more and she can sit on my desk and chew away at papers while I work. Here's hoping!
