Good morning all. Slept in a little and have lots to do. This having 2 parties in 3 days has got to end soon. It's going to be another beautiful day in the neighborhood. How are you feeling Carol, and are you enjoying the mountain Rose?

Got another cloudy uchy day on tap but with a little warmer temps than the last couple of days.....I hate these gloomy days when a person is mostly confined to inside. Just enough passing sprinkles that keeps things damp outside on the swings.

The wife has a movie that she wants to go see today......will be good that it will help pass the day. Nice movie theatre with high back seats that recline....just right for snoozing if the movie gets too boring. Last time we went, I caught a nap during the showing.....not intentional but was so comfortable

Ours is in pretty good shape for as old as it is......one of the neighbors has this humongus big flag that you can see for a couple of miles away....hate to think what the replacement cost is for a new one. It gets pretty well beat up being that it is so high on the hill.

I'd rather see no flag flyin' than some idiot flyin' a ripped up dishrag an bein' proud of it!
If its ripped frayed or faded take it to the VFW and they will properly retire it!

Boy, it sounds convenient, JOHN......we gotta go around 10 miles to get to a library and around 8 to get to a movie house. Rarely go to movies because we are so picky as to what movies we like.
