Hope it stays nice for the trick or treats gang. I'm going to town to help our daughter make the vegetable beef soup for the annual gathering of the ghost and goblins. We make a very biiiiiig pot, and everyone comes by to have some.

I don't have to cook this weekend. Tomorrow it's Lasagna at oldest sons house.. Since Grumpy left I've been eating veggie burgers a lot. and I must be nuts because I like them. Wink

I kind of like the simple block pattern or log cabin! Very Happy

CAROL, that was GOOD NEWS you shared with us yesterday....I'm so tickled. Now to get rid of the rest of the tumor. We are keeping my son really busy at the moment....he's staying with his grandpa and helping him around the house get ready for winter. We didn't realize how feeble gpa ws getting...no wind any more but he still was out in the garden retrieving his tomato cages with the help from my son. He's 84.
