Was just thinking about this today because, honestly, the hype surrounding ths swine flu thing seems overdone. I understand it could be dangerous, but is it really 24 hour news coverage worthy? Then I saw a blip of another news story and I think I got the swine flu story pegged. While we're freaking out over swine flu and rushing out to by face masks, we aren't noticing the $3.4 trillion budget Congress is about to pass. Hmmm....I think I see a monkey. scratch

Yes it does, although you don't get it from swine! It's a mix of virus that comes from pigs, and birds! But you can't catch it from either swine or birds! pig But somewhere along the line a human has caught it from a pig or a bird, and started the epidemic!

Just for your info, NIH advised me NOT to get the swine flu vacination, because they don't know nearly enough about it! Surprised
