| 4 chicken breast halves Italian Seasoning Sundried tomatoes, oil-packed and julienned sliced green olives Italian salad dressing 4 pieces of aluminum foil to make packets
Place chicken breast half on aluminum foil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Sprinkle Sundried tomatoes and olives on top then drizzle with Italian salad dressing. Close up the packet. Repeat with remaining chicken breast halves. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes (the recipe says 20 minutes, my chicken needed 30, though. Going to filet the breast halves next time).Sorry for the lack of measurements, I usually don't measure when I cook, just by guess and by golly. _________________ "Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting 'Holy shit, what a ride!'"

| I've had a similar type of chicken several times, by marinating it overnight in bottled Italian dressing and then either grilling it or roasting it... you can even pan-fry it... VERY tasty... but your recipe has a few added twists that might be a nice change!
