I had this at a small restaurant in North Carolina, I had to try it on my salad because it sounded so weird.

Orange Marmalade Dressing

3 tblsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon or lime (juice of course!)
1 tblsp Orange Marmalade

Whisk together


It's fantastic!

Sounds weird, yes... but I can see how it might be tasty. You could probably glaze some pork or chicken with it, too.... : )
