LONG PIER WITH A TOURIST TRAP AT THE END ...

That pretty much describes Katakolon, located in the NW corner of the Greek mainland ...



The docks can accomodate several cruise ships, and usually are ...

End of the dock, you can walk through what there is of the town ...

Ports claim-to-fame is that it's near Olympia - which we did NOT visit, being pretty much 'ruined out' by that time (27 Sep). Besides, the reproductions being sold in the shops were more interesting than big chunks of marble ...
