Just trying to see if I can get the movie to post. It's raw footage with no sound, and the camera mount on the helmet was slightly crooked. If you get a headache, sorry about that, I'm still learning all about using this thing!

The morning I shot these it had rained most of the night and it was very overcast. That, plus the overhanging trees gave the auto settings of the camera a real workout, but it did OK. The movies look much better on the computer than YouTube, but hey. I also had to keep the speed down due to crud in the corners washed out by the rain. Next time I go, I'll pick a clear day with the 100 mph sections to give us all a cheap thrill.

I've since learned where to place the velcro on the helmets for the camera mount, and can actually level the horizon now before we set out! Next, I'll learn how to merge clips and add music, and become a certified movie geek.

KOOOL! O&S........spent the last 18 minutes downloading enough footage to get you around that first left hand turn in the road safely.....(my dratted slow dial-up!) Got to find time later to let the whole thing download....NEAT!

Maybe not a good idea Don, it's a BIG file even though it only runs 3 minutes. Movie clips are not dial-up friendly.

I'll try to put up the one where the road gets twisty fast.

Boy do I agree with you on that, O&S. I have a difficult time downloading things from You-Tube also......I'm missing a lot of good stuff there also. Maybe some day I can bend the budget a little and enjoy the faster stuff. Meanwhile I enjoy your pics etc. keep 'em coming!

Glad you liked it, Don. I'm hoping to get back there on a clear day and crank it up a bit. That should be fun!

Actually, we'll be heading up to the mountains next week and I already have a bike in place there. Can't wait to try some movies on those roads!!!
